Bogus accounts on my name

For the second time I am so disapointed with Mtn. It looks and seems as if they are promoting ****gery activities on the innocents and low abiding citizens of South Africa. A lawlessness someone stole my identity where and how I do not know. So these ***** open 3 cellphone accounts with Mtn online on my nane. I saw the first debit order. I reversed it with my bank. The second one came I also reversed it. Now surely if Mtn they were not promoting lawlessness, ****gery and bullying the innocent public of South Africa. They were supposed to have called me to warn me that my accounts are in areas for two months and block and terminated the accounts also start with legal debt collections, but NO in April they slap me, no actully they kicked me on the face with huge bill. Now I went to their store to find out. Bla bla bla We are franchise of Mtn. Another way of ignorance. I provided affidavit and certified copy of my ID. Guess what it will take them three months to investigate all three cellphone accounts and let me know after three months. So it means they will keep on sending debit orders for the next three months while investigating. If they Mtn short staff why are they not hiring there is a lot of people studied forensic in South Africa or promote and traing their team to stop these bed bugs and wild dogs rooming the streets of South Africa. I mean unemployment is too high in SA and we have young people with hunger for work and training. On the issue of been a franchise of any business you are actually the ambassador of that businesses. You make sure that the customers are happy, what I saw in the shop was worse at least there were three customers in the same shop two of them very elderly citizen with complains not similar to mine, but relate one old citizen account was cut off for a payment Mtn was not authorized to do, but still the account is cut off.
