I had previously had a contract with MTN from 2 ********** a two year contract and paid up my contract in due time which was 28.Nov 2016 and canceled the contract and recieved a conformation of cancellation letter which clearly stated I don't owe them and not longer have an exiting contract with them.

However , I have been pestered and been bombared with calls from this network provider stating that I owe them +-R2100 I then went in storeliance and enquired what the billinew was from,the sales assistant at MTN branch at Goldern Acre couldn't tell or explain to me where was the billing comming from because according to my understanding and the letter of paid up account I don't owe them anything,but the most frustrating thing is that my concern is my credit record that will be hampered by this since even at their stores they don't understand why I'm being called to pay up and are advising me to pay up a bogus account.

Please intervene.
