Blocked sim card

Ive used my number for more than 15 years and its my business number. I was away for a few months and havent used it and they have blocked my number and they saying it has been reconciled i can't have it back its a prepaid number not even a contract. What do i do with my customers how do they get hold of me Mtn this absurd
