Blocked Sim

Sim was blocked as MTN said it was reported ******. I did not report it ****** and MTN cannot tell me who did report it ******. I tried to get the sim reinstated but MTN just ignore my emails and cant help me when I call. It has been almost four months now and I am unable to use the sim but I am still being billed every month for it.
