Blocked SIM by MTN.

My sim card was blocked by MTN for a month now, i went from one MTN store to another without success, i wrote emails after emails without response. This is to frustrating and for a month without using my phone and still remaining loyal that my sim will be unblocked and its not even a contract phone. I have never thought i will experience such a horrible unprofessionalism from MTN.
