Blocked phone

Good Day, im having such a nightmare with mtn , A sim swap was performed without my knowledge by whoeverand luckily i noticed in time and went to MNT Promenade to stop it and recover my number and i was assisted quickly and efficiently , when i got phone i realised i couldnt make outgoing calls or receive them and could not make use of my mobile data, i suspected internet or blockage of the nr. I called call centre 3 times and reported the matter i was told the problem is fixed , the 24 hours period ended yesterday and im still stucked. I use this phone for so many things and its even difficult getting hold of the consultants and when you do they are so much in a rush , Can you please soryt this out MTN asap. And please explain does someone make a sim swap and pass security if its not me
