BLOCKED ON COLLECTION -BUT I DONT OWE ANY MONEY
<p>I AM TRYING TO TAKE OUT A THIRD LINE WITH MTN, ISTORE SAYS MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED AND HANDED OVER TO LEGAL FOR COLLECTION. THEY SAY ITS A VERY OLD ACCOUNT. I PHONED THE CALL CENTRE A FEW TIMES AND SENT EMAILS AND INBOXED MTN AND ISTORE ALSO TRIED EMAILING. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHEN THIS ACCOUNT IS FROM AS ITS NOT EVEN ON THE SYSTEM ANYMORE. SO WHY DOES IT APPEAR NOW? I CANT GET ANYONE TO HELP AND I NEED TO GET A NEW PHONE AND THIS IS STOPPING ME. PLEASE HELP.</p>
