BLOCKED NUMBER WITH DATA LOADED ON IT
<p>MTN decided to block my number without notification. i called their call centre and the guys where unable to give me a reasonable explanation expect that the number is blocked after 3 months without use. i understand that even though i wasnt notified. my problem is i loaded data woth R100 last week. the transaction went through but the sim is inactive.</p> <p>i want my refund since they have blocked me</p>

We have tried to contact you, on voice mail. Our main focus is on our contract clients and do not have access to assist, however we have requested for assistance to check the system, with cell number *** we do not pick up any data loaded for the value of R100.00
Please contact the 173 department and assist them with the cell number. sim number and date the 100 data was loaded they will require the proof of the purchase to assist.

however, i can not 173. my ********** 136 number is a cell c number. the number in query is ********** 911. it was purchased on the 24th of February 2017. the amount was 105.00. i bought this data from my FNB account.
