Blocked account while overseas travelling.

I am currently visiting Vienna and my whole account has been blocked /suspended without any notification whatsoever. My children's phones, linked to my account are also blocked and this is of course a major inconvenience and problem for them. It is impossible to get in contact with MTN from here to get them to sort out their mess. My cellular usage was nearly nil, because I stop my cellular connectivity when travelling overseas. Pathetic.
