Blocked Account

Good day am now fed up with the poor service I am getting from MTN. For the last 3 weeks Noone is able to sort out my account that they claim is not paid from May 2020. I have submitted all my proof of payments. If that was the case why was my account not suspended from then. Mtn has been topping me up every month nd now they suspend my account which is due for upgrade now. The Hillcrest branch has been sending countless emails . Trevor Sias: ***
