Block SIM or phone
Daughters phone ****** and guess what - MTN can block my account for a R2.70 short payment (their fault in any case) BUT CANT STOP/BLOCK HER PHONE NOR SIM DURING THE EVENING. Who is now going to pay for the costs incurred during the evening until I can go and find the IMEI number at home - out of town at the moment. This is utter ******* and I find it very very poor service on the part of MTN. Why do you not have a system where it can be blocked immediately to avoid costs? Wake up and give service - wont renew any of the contracts coming up Nov.
