Blatantly ignored.
I tried calling customer care to no avail, so I sent an e-mail to support, which I made easy to read and calmly explained my situation in. Instead of assistance I got : \Kindly state with your query so that we can be able to assist you further."That is taken from the e-mail in question. The Header for the e-mail being \""Data Bundle Error\"" "
