Blatant theft by MTN
My 24 month contract expired 1 July 2017 to which I gave more than 2 months notice to cancel. Cancellation reference number 251 249 182. My wifes 24 month contract expired 8 Aug 2017 to which I gave 3 months notice to cancel (ref # 251 365 183).
I have have it in writing here on hellopeter where MTN's Willem Useless Loots assures me that the contracts have been cancelled, but on 31 Aug 2017 they stole another R991.81 from my bank account. MTN also then ignored to pay me my money back and also ignoring replys on this website. You think you are high and mighty but if you want to go to court I will gladly assist.
