Blatant Lies

I opened a contract on the 4 October 2015. I was told that they did not have the phone I wanted in stock but that my phone would be ordered to moment my contract was approved. My contract was approved within 20 minutes of my visit so I assumed it had been ordered.

Three days later I was told that I would have to come in and sign a new contract because there was some issue with the previous one I signed. I was then told that my phone had already been ordered and would be there the next day.

I went in again four days later (Monday 12 October) and was told that my phone order had only been approved that morning and that it would be here by the end of the week and that I should come in then.

When I went to the MTN today I was greeted with a sign saying that the store would be closed until 20 October for no apparent reason. So, I have been **** to three times (at least) about the status of my phone and I now have to wait another week before I can collect my phone? This is absolutely ridiculous. I do not appreciate being **** to and I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. Seeing as I have not received anything from the contract I have signed I wish to cancel it.
