Blatant False Advertising

App**** for a contract with a device (Samsung A31 with free Samsung Galaxy Buds+) on Sunday the 08th of November, received a call Monday morning to go through the vetting process and was eventually told the advertised special is no longer available. The consultant told me she would escalate the issue to her management team and get back to me. Received a call at 19:13 from the consultant informing me that her manager was unable to assist and I would need to settle for the phone only at the same contract price of R299.00 per month over 24 months. I was also informed by the consultant that I easily qualify for the contract. This is blatant false advertising and absolutely unacceptable. As of writing this the offer is still available on the MTN website.
