Blatant customer disregard

After more than a month, numerous calls to the fall centre and several visits to the Fourways Mall store I have frustratingly not been able to move one of my contracts from my name to my daughters name! All documents completed and am told it’s “pending” and nobody can do anything because Head Office must “do their thing”!!!! Nobody has any access to Head office to advise what could possibly be the hold up!!!!! What is one supposed to do????
