Kindly note that your company has threated to suspend my services tomorrow if a payment of R300.86 is not received.
Kindly note that I am being over charged every month. I refuse to pay any amount over the amount agreed upon.
Unfortunately, I do not have her surname, however she is based is JHB and is the Team leader of Kgosi Isaac( point of sale).
Kgosi Isaac add an incorrect device to my package and now you guys are billing me for it. The promo service fee is wrong. I have an Huawei P8 lite 2017.
