Blacklists Clients with no communication - I was blacklisted even though I have paid every single account for the last 6 years via debit order

Horrible company. They will blacklist with no communication for accounts you have paid via their debit order system and make it impossible to clear your name.

After a month and countless emails/phone calls, I have only gotten it right for them to admit that they made a mistake and that they would correct their accounting system, but there is no indication from legal when they will clear my name!

Legal does not respond to my questions, and they don't answer their phones. It's impossible
