Blacklisting via MTN

<p>MTN is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>My phone got ****** so now i need to blacklist my phone. MTN cant do this as their system is down. Its been a week now. So i have to wait for them so that they can blacklist and provide me with an ITC number, which MUST be given to the insurance company. Meaning that i can claim from the insurance because MTN cant provide me with the ITC ref number.</p> <p> </p> <p>So i dial 083808 and speak to a Manager Jarrard Myir and he tells me he can only send me paperwork that we must fill in and FAX it to them (im sure we are in the 21st century). I said to him i cant fax it i can only email it to him and he can send it via fax to where ever and his response is they dont have a FAX, so how do you expcect a client to do something if u cant even do that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its been a week now and MTN just does not care. A lady by the name of Cathleen Reddy was suppose to call be before 5 today and that also did not happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>If they cant provide the service thats expected of them you would think they will try and make a plan but ive never had to deal with such pathetic service in my life.</p>
