******** Blacklisting of Non-customer phone.

According to my service provider which is FNB, they informed me that MTN has blacklisted me which was ******* because I'm not a customer of MTN and have failed to do the proper checks before blacklisting a phone.

I find this unprofessional now after MTN has made this mistake by continuously redirecting my query to another department. I am now going to hand this situation over to my lawyers.
