Hi there I have been trying to get hold of mtn 808 and no one has answered the phone for the past 2 days. I need you to please blacklist this phone as it was stollen IMEI: ***

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We have now managed to blacklist your Samsung S6 Edge. The ITC reference number for the blacklisting done is Trax ID: ***.
We see that there was a request for the insurance to be cancelled by our Insurance Department for your cell-phone number and IMEI number, however we've escalated the matter directly to the agent that was dealing with the applications.
