blacklisting

I have been trying to blacklist my sim cards *** and ***9. I called 083 135 many times with no successful assistance. I need to have a reference ITC number for me to claim my phone.

I even upgraded today and asked your champion Bozza to give me an ITC reference number. She said she will email it to me and sms. I have not received those things yet.

i would like to cancel the upgrade and be assisted with what i enquired for. which is blacklisting my sim cards and phone, followed by a ITC reference number.

Its 4days now doing the same thing trying to get help. I am using a different network. I do not get a blacklisting option that is why I even opted to press the upgrade prompt.
