Blacklisting

MTN can’t assist with a simple ITC ref, need to have my phone blacklisted for insurance that I’m paying with them , I’m without a phone for 2 week & insurance can’t assist further without ITC ref , no one from Customer service can assist with blacklisting ,all I’m getting is we’ll log a query for you yet no response from head office… some one better give me a call, I’m paying insurance with the same company yet no help ??
