Good day Thilendran,
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns and affording us the opportunity to address the same. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Please note that when it comes to unblacklisting a device, the registered owner needs to request it. In your case , if the account is in arrears, the account holder needs to pay the arrears. This would be the standard procedure with any service provider in SA.
