Blacklisting
I have a contract with MTN and I have lost my job and was unable to pay for 3 months.They did not contact me but just blacklisted me and I am now employed and I have started to pay the debt collection agency hired by MTN but they refuse to remove the blacklisting although the Credit act says the debtor needs to be given a written notice and given 20 days to pay before you can blacklist them
