BLACKLISTING

My phone has been blacklisted for over a month FOR NO PARTICULAR REASON. I have a POP from istore, submitted it bu still i was never assisted. The customer service consultants **** saying my phone is unblacklisted however i just got new evidence that the phone is still blacklisted
