Blacklisted unfairly, Legal did not allocate my cancellation

My account contract ended in May 2024, they only sent me a paid-up letter after I then laid a complaint against them with Ombudsman and to date, they have not updated my profile with all the bureau Transunion and XDS I'm still blocked. The status on both bureau shows that my account as active. THE EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!! Their agents from legal are extremely rude! I do not recommend anyone to take a contract with them, I'm the only customer as per the mtn store in Sandton city level 2.
