Blacklisted Phone by MTN and they are unable to fix it

I went to MTN after my phone was ******, I asked them to blacklist the phone that was ******. Consultant blacklist a wrong phone since I had tow phones on the system.

I was told that the phone will be unblacklisted and work within 72 hours that was 10 days ago on 22 November 2023 the phone is still not working.

Today they have blocked my SIM card it keeps saying there is no service.

No one is helping as they claim they don’t know what is wrong and they don’t know how to fix it yet am paying for this contract with MTN.

I want them to give me a phone phone and sort out the SIM card since they are unable to fix their mistakes for the last 10 days I don’t have a phone.
