blacklisted phone
I had my phone blacklisted by mistake. The matter has been resolved as per their promise so I would like to thank Hello Peter and the staff of MTN head office under the leadership of Mr Jay Govender and Alice Van der Merwe for their great effort they took to resolve my problem as I am writing this email my phone is working they way it was before being blacklisted.<br> Thanx so much everyone who took part in the solving of this matter.

Please note that the blackberry device has been blacklisted by Orion Cellular and not MTN. We have sent the request to them on your behalf for assistance. We are waiting on feedback, Jay will be in contact with you by 4 o clock.
We have passed a credit for 2 months subscription fee for the inconvenienced caused.
