Blacklisted phone

MTN REQ:***
Please note, IMEI *** is the device that has been blacklisted in error BY YOU. IMEI *** is the device that needs to be UN-BLACKLISTED.
I have been more than patient in you trying to sort out this error made by your call centre agents, and have graciously put up with bad attitudes and incompetence of unheard of proportions. I have been advised that this would take anything (depending on the agent spoken to), from 72 hours to 7 working days to correct. Seven days have already passed, since the initial call was logged to correct YOUR error, only to find out yesterday after being on the phone, during my working hours FOR AN HOUR, that nothing was done 7 days ago. The agent who assisted me yesterday seemly tried to sort out the issue, advising that it would take 72 hours from that point to become active again. NOW ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE WRONG IMEI NUMBER WAS UN-BLACKLISTED.
Is there somebody who has completed a tertiary qualification, who can effectively and efficiently resolve this error made by your company?? I am paying for a contract that I cannot use!!
Get one of your managers to call me with a resolution.

Hello anneli2,

Thank you for posting.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this experience may have caused.

Our records show that the handset was blacklisted and one of our consultants contacted you to advise you of same.

Trust you find this in order
