Hi Peter,<br> <br> Kindly intervene on this stressful issue that I am currently going through. In 2010/2011 I was employed as a fixed contract employee in one of the Higher Education institution. I took a contract cellphone from MTN and unfortunately the next following year of that year, my contract was not renewed, leaving me unemployed and facing terrible financial difficulties. My MTN account escalated to R8000 and some rands. Attorneys from VVM (VAN DE VENTER MOJAPELO ATTORNEYS) started to call me about the MTN account and we agreed on arranged affordable payment. I honoured our agreement until this year in Feb 2015 I settled the whole balance. <br> <br> Recently, I requested my credit record from one of the credit bureau. Shockingly I am declared as a BAD PAYER but this report did not show who/what/ How much I was owing. I went to the bank to apply for a loan which I needed it for family urgency (funeral expenses) I was declined a loan &amp
