blacklisted for there falt

afternoon , sorry to desturb. I need your help with something . MTN took money from my account for a contract i wasn't aware of , they opened a contract on my name without notifying me , I never recieved the device I was paying for . I went to the bank and saw that there was an withdrawel from MTN and realised what was going on . By that time I was already on ITC because of this They took this amount for atleast three months and when i realised what was going on I didn't pay . For that reason I was blacklisted , I went to MTN a few times and told them whats going on , they said it was an mistake and they would send it to the head offices . I haven"t heard of them since . I tried to get a loan at my bank that i despretely needed but I coundn't qaulify . I also tried to rent a bachelor flat because I didn't have anywhere to stay at that moment , but nobody wanted someone with a bad name . ( the ITC \blacklist ) I build my score very high in case I wanted to purchase a house one day , now I have to wait for my name to be cleaned. I would like to have legal advice for MTN doesn't do anything about this matter
