Blacklisted for Contract Sim I dont own

I'm writing this email with the thought that Mtn Management will help me with the the problem that I have that is started in 2019

Sometime in 2019 I received a call for one of mtn champions offering me an offer to get a contract phone from mtn I was sold with the way she presented herself to me that I couldn't decline the offer since by then I had no phone we spoke with the lady and concluded a deal that i was gonna purchase a contract phone she took all the details and i was happy that atleast for once i bought my self a phone she then told me that it would be couriered within 7 working days I was happy about that.

After 7 days while at work got a call at work that I'm be summoned to retrieved my courier I went signed the receipt from courier then received my parcel instead of receiving a cellphone that I had app**** for I got a sim card worst part a contract sim card I asked the gentleman delivering is this the only delivery he boldly said yes explained to him that I was waiting for a cellphone he said to me that all he had for me I was became disappointed that how could expect a an Mtn phone only to receive a sim card I immediately call the lady whom was helping me regarding the phone that's when she said I needed to return the sim card to my nearest branch and I should explain to them my problem I took this sim card to Mtn President hyper in krugersdorp I was told the wont help me but I needed to take the sim card to head office in 14th Avenue so long s the sim card is not activated then on the phone then I wont be billed I then went home on Saturday morning I went to Mtn 14 avenue

On my arrival at Mtn head office i met this guy who told us that unfortunately there's nothing he can do to help help me but just to make a note that someone will phone me on Monday regarding this matter but also explained the same that if sim card is not activated it wont be billed to my name.

In 2020 some time in April if not mayim received a letter saying I owe mtn some money I called mtn triyingto tel them my probproblem a lady who was helping rme told me to go to police station to make an affidavit to declare that I dont owe mtn any money since that thesim card was never activated so ho bo do I owe mtn while I dindnt activate the sim card sometimein May I went to krugersdorp police station to make that affidavit that I sent to Mtn declaring that I dnt owe Mtn any money .

I am so hurt to write this email to day because now mtn has blacklisted my name Come to think that I was happy that I was gonna get a contract phone from Mtn but today I'm blacklisted for a sim card that I didt even use that I tried in so many wsays to return it to mtn but today I'm blacklisted

All that I'm asking for my name to be cleared that all I'll attach the affidaft that was requested to me and also the replyigot from one of your service providers
