Blacklisted for a *****ulant account by MTN

I need help, I'm blacklisted by MTN for a ********** account opened on my name last year February. a contract phone was taken on my name and I never lost my ID. 3 weeks back I app**** for a home loan and that's when I got a report that I am on credit bureau for MTN account A*** , I have no contract with MTN, I went to MTN in Brooklyn Pretoria to get help and the sad thing is that when they check with my ID number & the account number A*** in the system it was not existing & they sent a query to the ***** department to investigate. I got a response that it was impersonation whoever took phone contract on my name used my ID number ,names and submitted wrong documents. how did this became successful and pass validation in the MTN systems with wrong documents I am surprised and how did MTN enquire about me at credit bureau and the application became successful I don't know. I lost a house i wanted because my name is painted on the credit bureau by MTN, they told me that they solved the matter still waiting for a journal to show that account i written off and i need a confirmation letter from MTN so that i can apply for new house and my name to be removed from the bureau.
