Blacklisted fone

I blacklisted a missing fone last year I found a fone I submitted all required documents on 18 December 2020 to Mtn Stanger mall they said the fone will be unlocked after 7days I waited it was still blocked I went back they said I hv to wait 24hrs after that fone was still blocked I went back again they said I hv to wait for 48hrs after 24hrs still the fone is blocked I went again the manager sent a proof that the fone is unblacklisted but the fone shows that its still blocked they a lady that assist foned Lawrence Arthur she explained the problem that I have Lawrence said I hv to wait for 72hrs after that 72hrs fone is doing the very same thing "blacklisted ' I sent Lawrance sms telling him that the fone is still blocked he is failing to help me It's hardly 2months now I can't use my fone no one is helping me at Mtn
