Blacklisted due to MTN not closing or updating my account
Blacklisted due to MTN not closing or updating my account. Been trying to sort this issue out since August 2017.

26 Jul 2018, 12:22I requested a cancellation due to incorrect billing for over 5 months. I received a letter from TN confirming they are at fault for incorrect billing but I am still blacklisted at Transunion and waiting for your legal team to confirm that the letter has been sent to Transunion. Please see below:
