Blacklisted due to company incompetence.

Why am I blacklisted? MTN you said that you have cleared my account. I called VVM last week they adviser that my name has been removed from their list of clients that's they need to collect from and that MTN had adviser that my account has been credited. So now I want to know why I have been blacklisted if I do not owe you guys anything? Like how many times does one need to complain to get one issue resolved. This is my 5th if not 7th complaint and I'm still dissatisfied. Remove me from ITC you are ruining my credit profile due to your incompetence.
