Blacklisted but no account

Good morning my name is Percy majola.i have a problem with the mtn shop.mtn has blacklisted me without having any account with them.ive been trying to fix this matter from last year but till today I cannot qualify for any form of credit because of them.i tried fixing this matter from last year with them because even on their side they cannot see what I'm owing yet they blacklisted me.i did everything I was told to do,did an affidavit,certified a copy of my ID and sent emails but still even today I'm still blacklisted...can you please help me I want to buy a car but these people have messed up my name.atleast if they told me what I owe and how so I can settle and move on but I don't owe anything and I'm blacklisted..these people are messing up my life and I need help asap my name is Percy majola.this was the reference number given to me from last year;SR ***.
