Blacklist number

Hi i lost my phone yesterday and tried to call the call center after many attempts i got cut off and finally got through this morning. I need the blacklist number to make a police report so that i can give it to MTN insurance. I was on the phone for an hour an half and the consultant could not give me the number and said that he will email it to me. I have still not received the email. And i do not have a phone to keep calling as i need to borrow a friends phone. <br> <br> I cannot get ahold of MTN insurance to start the claim as i need a phone as soon as possible for work! I have never had issues with MTN and have always been very happy with the service i receive from them. Please could someone assist me as soon as possible so that i can get the blacklist number so that i can go to the police station to get the report and proceed with my insurance claim. <br> <br> I don't mind waiting as i know you are busy but i just need to know that everything is being processed at least.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Madeleine
