Blacklist confirmation sms

It's been 2 days calling requesting a confirmation sms that my phone is blacklisted and all the agents they said they sent to my alternative number ***. To date I received no sms but I'm getting smses to rate your service. I spoke to Fatima thobekile Simon the list goes on. My insurance is requesting via sms I don't know what's taking you so long.
