#Blackfriday Still on it, Walked in at Mtn Cresta to enquire about the data that was supposed to have been loaded on our business wifi sim. The assistant told me that she had no idea what i was talking about, that i should call their call centre. When i called the Mtn business i was transfered to Mtn Cresta and a lady called Ndumi said i should wait for Sbonelo to call me which he never did. I went to yhe store again and Sboneli gave me his cekl number and said i should text him my business li e so he could check, which i did and till date got no response. I am so disappointed with the level of incompetence
