Blackberry Z10

I don't know who to contact with regards to this complaint, I booked in my phone yesterday Blackberry Z10 Job card ALWIC*** for repairs at the MTN repair centre in Midrand, when the person I had sent to there to drop my phone got there I immediately phoned in because she alerted me that at the reception she is told that my phone is liquid damage, I then asked a lady that I spoke to that its not possible because initially with my first phone I was told of a liquid damage however it was a software problem. my first phone that I bought serial number *** was taken in by MTN crown mines and they gave me a refurbished phone serial number ***, I informed the lady I spoke too yesterday that I cannot afford to pay anything on that phone because I'm not at fault for any damage & I don't have money, I informed her that with my first phone I was told of a liquid damage as well because the sticker on my battery had turned red.i am highly disappointed because when I phoned the customer care today I spoke to ntombi who politely explained to me that my phone is beyond repair and I need to pay R330 for assessment, it was not worth buying this phone, I lost my money
