Good day <br> <br> Please advise why my email address has been removed from my blackberry, please restore it, I've lost lost important emails.<br> If you unable to restore my email account, then please refund me for the blackberry service on both my prepaid and contract accounts<br> <br> The reason why I have these blackberry services, so I may have access to my email facility
