I Anthony Stevens loaded R60 airtime and converted it to Blackberry BIS the phone accepted it on 30-08-2015 between 14h00 and 16h00, soon afterward i wanted to download watsapp to my phone Blackberry Q 10,I called MTN's 173 help desk to explain what im experiecing and I was told that my phone is not compatible for the service and that i should have called them before i loaded the BIS, i asked to be compinsated for the R60 and was told that i will surely not win with this matter. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that manager stepped out of office and that he/she would call me back, til this hour i havent recieved a call. I dont how can i loose money to a provider that ive been with since Grade 11 in 1999, cant believe i am getting this bad service.<br> <br> All i want is that they convert my BIS to data for the value of R60.
