Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns and affording us the opportunity to address same.
HVRC (Repair centre) is guided by the handset Manufacturer's Repair guidelines and in accordance to their standards and mandates. Blackberry Warranty repairs are excluded in the event of cosmetic damage which is physical on handsets, that includes wear and tear and water demage which voids the warranty immediately and repairs are chargeable.
We regret to advise that the handset cannot be fixed/ exchanged under warrantee due to water damage.
