Black listing of ****** phone

<p>My phone was ****** on Tuesday13 June, I have been calling mtn everyday from Tuesday till today but everyday I get the same story the system is offline en they are unable to block my phone and they can't give me an Itc ref number, its been 5 days now that I'm without a phone and I'm unable to claim from my insurance because mtn haven't blocked my phone, I spoke to a supervisor on Thursday by the name of Matlankana Thungwane who told me they have logged a call for me with their IT department with ref: smc/ ********** 4765, today I'm still getting the same message the system is offline. Without the ITC Ref I'm unable to claim as they need it at the police station en the insurance. MTN is giving the worst worst service. I don't know what to do now, I'm sick of it and very frustrated. </p>
