Black fryday contract

Ok so on the 25/11/2017 i app**** for a 50gig data contract with mtn.

Still waiting (the cantract was approved) but after that thay needed to do a credit limit increase...

The lady at the shop was really helpful but for some or other reason they dont want to respond to her mail...

So after being a customer with mtn for 8+ years this by far is the worst experiance...

After the fast help I got in the shop I referd lots of my friends to the MTN store... but the way I feel now I wish thay didnt go to mtn.
