Black Friday Special Terminated - Lies

Purchased a black Friday special, get told that it was terminated as they could not get hold of me. I still spoke to them and had told the I was approved and the contract was almost finalized then line dropped and they did not proceed to get in touch with me again even after I tried to call back ten times myself.
