Black Friday special is False advertising!!

I recently took an offer for the Home LTE uncapped wifi for R499pm. It is clearly advertised that you get a free R1000 Makro voucher and a Disney Premium subscription for 12 months for free. I have received router and activated my contract Sim card. Everything is up and running however the vouchers dololo. I have been calling and asking about the vouchers and I am transferred from one person to another. I got the worst service from a consultant called Andisiwe from the contracts department. This black Friday special is just false advertising!
