Black friday special

I have a black Friday special yet the billing issue is on your end as per my broadband but my account keeps on getting suspended even though i have been told it will be resolved... and maybe only 1 out of 5 consultants i speak to even know whats going on .. and state that it is happening to all the customers so i shouldn't worry.. email after email call after call yet nothing gets done either fix the billing issue which mtn has stated it is an error on your side due to system change or cancel my contract i fail to understand what i pay for yet my line continuously gets suspended even though the fault is not mine it is the pro rata issue
